REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM?
We get it, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. Don’t worry as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below:
- If you return an item requesting a refund within 3 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund aside the cost of delivery back and forth.
- If you return an item after 3 days – 7 days of receiving it, we will give a Fablist gift voucher for the amount equivalent for the price of the returned item.
We aim to refund you within 14days of receiving returned item if you request for a refund during the above timeframe. After that, we don’t accept returns or exchange. If you try to make a return, it would be at your loss.

ORIGINAL CONDITION
Hygiene and our customer's safety is super important to us, so certain items cant be returned for refund or exchange. Underwears items with funny smells and stains wont be accepted for returns or exchange. Shoes and clothes should be returned in its original condition with tags, shoe clothes and boxes.

RESPONSIBILITY CONCERNING EXCHANGE
Returned items are your responsibility until it reaches us, so make sure they are packaged properly and not damaged on transit. Fablist reserves the right to accept or reject items not meeting the standard for returns
Concerning exchange
Yes you can exchange an order by returning the previous and ordering another while waiting for refund of the previous.
